The IT Professional Services contract was awarded under FAR Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Items”. The FAR clauses (FAR 52.212-4) apply to the IT Professional Services contract and are provided in the IT Professional Services Price List Catalog. The GSAR clauses (GSAR 552.212-70) apply to the Products and Services Price List Catalog. Ordering agencies may include provisions in individual task orders that are essential to their requirements (e.g., security clearances, hazardous substances, special handling, key personnel, etc.). The IT Products and Services Contract allows additional clauses, terms, and conditions to be included provided they do not conflict with the terms and conditions of the IT Professional Services contract.
