Federal Systems employees average more than 20 years experience in weapon system program offices and industry engineering organizations. More than one third of our staff has prior military operational or acquisition experience with programs ranging from aircraft to missile defense. Our systems engineers not only have the ability to model missile dynamics and design guidance systems, but they can also test and launch ballistic missile targets. We truly are rocket scientists. Our team is equally at ease providing detailed, quick-reaction system design and analyses for a variety of challenges and situations as it is interacting with customers on site. Our prior military experience, acquisition-level certification, and security clearances ensure we have the appropriate experience and credentials to respond in a timely and effective manner.
