The CTI Project Management Methodology is a proven standardized system for achieving project success.  This methodology is built around CTI’s Lifecycle Services framework and is followed on every project.  Our method enables CTI to remain flexible and attack complex problems with a tested and established approach with consistently first-rate results.  Our methodology is built on the PDIO model, enhanced with years of experience honed by our aerospace system engineering background. 

To ensure the successful implementation of our Lifecycle Services Methodology, CTI has a dedicated Project Management Office comprised of more than 15 certified project managers.  Utilizing our proven methodology, experience, and industry-standard credentials, including over 7 ITIL and 11 PMP certifications, the CTI Project Management team manages and oversees the logistical and technical resources of our most complicated projects.  Despite the unique features of each project, CTI can approach each project in a consistent manner with the expectation of success.
