CTI Officially Renewed as Cisco ATP-Unified Contact Center Enterprise Partner in USA

Orlando, FL - Coleman Technologies, Inc. (CTI) has again met the resource requirements for Cisco's ATP - Unified Contact Center Enterprise program and has demonstrated its qualifications to sell, install, and support customers with Unified Contact Center Enterprise products and solutions in the USA.   This program is geared towards high-end enterprise contact center customers.  Certification enables CTI to provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based network. 

"UCCE is a very sophisticated solution.  Getting the certification is just step one; building an actual practice that can successfully implement this technology is much more critical.  Many partners end up leaning heavily on Cisco for support or end up in very expensive CAP cases.  CTI is self-sufficient with the product and has a great history of success. We have built a strong implementation team and a solid Day2 support plan with our NOC (Network Operations Center).  As a result, we are able to meet all of our customer's needs," said Kevin Parrett, CTI's Contact Center Technology Manager.

Participation in the program is by invitation only.  Partners must already possess relevant job, industry and market credentials in the ATP technology to be nominated.  CTI, which has been certified since 2001, is one of only 26 US Cisco partners with this certification, which is required to sell and implement Cisco's Enterprise Contact Center components.
