Orlando, FL, June 15, 2004 — Coleman Technologies, Inc. today announced that it ranked in the Florida Private 200.

The Florida Private 200 highlights the largest privately held businesses based in Florida. The list reflects Florida's diverse economy, with companies located across the state covering a range of industries, from clothing retail to industrial aircraft production.

Combined, the companies on the Florida Private 200 list have revenues of more than $97 billion, compared to $93 billion last year. More than 425,000 people are employed by the companies on this year's Private 200.

To qualify for consideration for the Florida Private 200 list, a company must be headquartered and be privately held, with less than 80% of its ownership held by any other single company. Franchisees and similar operations were excluded. The complete list appears in the June 2004 issue of Florida Trend magazine.
