CTI has been awarded a Cisco IPCC
Enterprise installation for Hillsborough County’s Water
Departments’ call center. CTI was instrumental in
developing a consultative approach to ensuring the call
center replacement project was a success by identifying
business needs, technical requirements and ensuring third
party application integration would remain as advanced
technology is incorporated. This is a key win for CTI and
advanced communications on several fronts. From the
customer’s perspective, CTI developed and drove the
technical solution along with the date and timeline
logistics set forth by the county, provided consulting
services to ensure the overall success of the initiative.
From an advance technology perspective this type of key win
is clear that advanced technology is truly being adopted
down to the county government level. The overall
opportunity was driven by the local CTI account team of
sales and engineers ensuring that all aspects of delivery
were involved with product procurement and service
delivery. The overall Solution comprised of multiple
locations, many call center agents, an existing TDM IVR
platform, and a business requirement of maintaining a
99.995% reliable service offering even in the event of
critical outages throughout the network.
