The Large Fleet Asset Optimization System consists of three main components: Management Analysis Tools, Automated Reporting System and Vehicle Tracking Equipment.  The reports are generated based on an "exception" basis to minimize data analysis by the user; let the system do the work.  Types of available “exception” reports are unplanned stops, excessive stop time at a delivery location, speeding, and excessive vehicle idling are just a few of the many available reports.  Hyperlinks are included in the reports which allow the manager to drill down to the details if desired.  The system can measure the time from when the driver arrives at work until they leave for their first delivery and can be used to optimize routes and minimize delivery overlaps.  In addition, CTI can customize the management analysis tools and reports to best suit your needs.  The system allows for seamless interfacing with your company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and/or payroll system.  The vehicle tracking system communicates over an unlicensed 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz wireless data network which means no monthly network transport fee, the largest single cost element in such a system.  Data is automatically uploaded to the Asset Optimization system when vehicles return to the distribution center.  This approach ensures a very rapid return on investment (ROI), typically in less than six months.  Key features are:
